dsh plugin --profile web add lunheng-article-pipeline

桌面端（desktop profile）只接受 npm 已发布的包，且必须走应用内「侧栏 → 插件 → 添加插件」。github: 源和额外参数在桌面端不可用。

装完需要重启 DSH 才会加载。改配置和装插件都只在启动时生效。
